Snow report from the Three Valleys resorts of Courchevel, La Tania and Meribel, where our ski chalet collection is located.
How’s the snow in the 3 Valleys?
We have LOTS of snow and it’s been an amazing start to the 2025-2026 season!
Snowflakes began falling at the end of October and through November we had top-ups and cold temperatures. The piste bashers managed to pack down ski slopes to make a good firm base.
Val Thorens opened on Saturday 22 November with Courchevel, La Tania and Meribel following on 5/6 December, with Folyeres open for what’s being reported as the earliest date ever!
Also Saint-Martin-de-Belleville (which usually opens mid December) announced a surprise early opening and joined the other resorts to give access all areas to the First Tracks skiers.
Conditions are gorgeous, it’s quiet for the moment, and everything is looking ship shape ready for the Christmas and New Year arrivals. See you on the slopes!

If you are travelling in a small group or couple and would prefer the option to book by the room, please don’t hesitate to get in touch, we’re happy to be flexible.
Our chalets Brigitte in La Tania and Loden in Meribel are both available by the room for this winter, with prices from €1,100 per person (= approx £957) based on two sharing.
