We know that organising a group holiday can be a challenge! We’re here to help make the process much easier…

Over the years, we’ve helped lots of party leaders to plan their group ski holiday. From your initial enquiry, to your arrival in resort, we’ll help you through each stage, with clear invoicing, secure payments, airport transfers, lift passes and in-house ski hire fitted at the chalet.

Our online booking system will allow your whole party to log in and add information to the reservation individually.

We’ll remind you when payments are due and let you know what information we need prior to arrival, and best of all, we’re available directly by phone or email for any questions.

Top tip: book early if you are travelling with a larger group, that way you will have the pick of the chalets and dates that you are looking for, especially if you are travelling in peak holiday weeks.

From your initial enquiry we will help you meet your group’s needs and find a ski chalet that suits your budget.

Once you have paid your deposit, we will help you organise the extra things such as airport transfers, lift passes, ski hire and check on your group’s dietary requirements. Each member of the group can log into the online booking service individually to add information and make their own payments.

We’ll remind you when the balance payments are due and let you know what information we need prior to arrival, and we’re always on hand for any questions or recommendations.
